Mr. Fleming has been involved in many aspects of the basketball community. He grew up in the Midwest and played basketball through his high school years but kept connected to a dream... He had a dream to provide such a facility as Pro Performance Sports Science Academy to the student athletes of his community. He has supported and assisted many young athletes in the classroom as well as the basketball court. His philanthropic support of numerous local and state organizations has gained recognition from industry leaders at large national firms and many professionals within the basketball community. Mr. Fleming and his family reside in Jacksonville.

Coach Locke is a legendary basketball icon. He has coached at the highest levels of college and professional ranks while integrating his training talents deep into college player development, private professional training and ongoing scouting and talent development services both privately and for Pro Performance Sports Science Academy. Coach Locke and his family reside in Jacksonville Beach.

ProWorx Performance Institute will provide leading edge technology and training techniques and processes for serious athletes committed to becoming a great basketball player. We utilize advance video analysis of player technique development through Dartfish, the industry leader in video analysis: Jumping and foot speed from Vertimax, shooting repetition provided by utilizing the "Gun" and many other devices and techniques that hone your athleticism for playing great basketball.
